| 概要 |
The third-year nursing students of “K” junior college were investigated as to what type of career development support of career anchor were present. Results found that the first element as an anchor c...hosen by the students was “Service/Dedication to a Cause”, followed by “Security/Stability”, “Autonomy/Independence”, “Technical/Functional Competence”, and “Entrepreneurial Creativity”. “General Managerial Competence” was not chosen at all. The students showed a tendency to choose the course that matched the career aspirations of their own. In comparison to nurses, the nursing students showed a tendency to chosen similar anchor. As for the career anchors of nurses, most of all tended to be decided before finding employment.
看護学生のキャリア志向のタイプと，キャリア開発支援についてＫ短期大学3 年次学生を 対象に質問紙調査を行った。その結果，看護学生のキャリア志向は「奉仕・社会貢献」，「保障・ 安定」，「自由と自律」，「専門的・職能的能力」，「創造性と企業家精神」の順で選択された。「全 般管理能力」は全く選択されなかった。学生は自己のキャリア志向にマッチした進路を選択 する傾向を示し，進路指導は有効に機能していた。先行研究による看護職者のキャリア志向 調査結果と看護学生の比較では，両者は同様のキャリアを選択する傾向が見られた。看護職 者のキャリア志向は就職前にその大枠が決定される傾向が伺えた。続きを見る
