| 概要 |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the change of nursing student's views of children in practical training at the nursery school. We analyzed reports written by nursing students after practical ...training at the nursery school from a viewpoint of changes of the image for children before and after the training. The results were as follows: 1. Their views of children changed from general and vulgar images to such ones “developing children" and “children who have individual differences". These images are necessary for the nursing. 2. The changes of views of children were related to the existence of other people such as the children and the nursery school teachers. 3. It was found that the practical training at the nursery school was meaningful education for nursing students in terms of changing the image for children into suited image to the needs for nursing. These results suggested that the experimental education in practical training at the nursery school is more effective method for nursing. It is considered that these offer one suggestion when future nursing education technique is examined.
本研究の目的は保育園実習を通した看護学生の子ども観の変容を明らかにする事である。 保育園実習を通した看護学生の子ども観の変容を分析の視点として，保育園実習後に看護学生が記述したレポートの内容分析を行った。 以下のことが結果として得られた。1． 保育園実習を通して看護学生の子ども観が一般的・通俗的なものから「発達する子ども」，「個別性のある発達過程途上の者としての子ども」という看護の実践に即したものへと変化した。 2．子ども観の変容には子どもや保育士という他者の存在が関与していた。 3． 子どもに対する認識が看護の実践に即したものへと変化したという点に保育園実習の意義を見出すことができた。 これらの結果は保育園児実習という体験学習の有効性の実証に連なるものである。 また，今後の看護学教育方法を検討する上で，ひとつの示唆を提供するものと考える。続きを見る
