概要 We analyzed the process records of speech and behavioral patterns of both student nurses and children written by the students during the practice term of child care, The words and behaviors of the chi...ldren described in the records were proportional to the level of their psychological development. Students well understood the characteristics of the children and, took care of them according to their developmental level. With regard to the nursing practice, however, students showed some problems such as immaturity of nursing skills for improving deve1opment of children, lack of careful observation of children, and difficulty in establishing mutual communication with children in early adolescence.続きを見る
