| 概要 |
This paper deals with the psychological support of cancer patients for the purpose of clarifying their psychological process and nursing problems. Using the psychological method or counseling, we have... made clear that the psychological process of cancer patients is divided into four steps, and that the understanding of the patients' psychological aspect is of real importance to their nursing.
われわれの社会心理的サポートが明らかにした点と標題は以下の通りである。(1) 患者の心理プロセスに5段階の発展段階があると感じる。この場合、日本人特有の心理過程として捉えるべきである。(2) 言葉によって描き出されるイメージをお互いに確認する対話が大切である。(3) 抑うつ状態の患者にカウンセリングを介入する場合の課題として、(1)ノンバーバル・カウンセリングの工夫(2)抗不安薬等の投与依頼(3)家族によるサポート及び家族に対する啓蒙の必要性が挙げられる。以上、患者を理解しサポートする上で患者の心理面を認知することは大切であると考える。続きを見る
