| 概要 |
The new educational program for clinical training of nursing aims at practicing the nursing according to changes in clinical courses, various clinical signs and systematic treatment. In addition, the ...new program stresses the importance of gaining a personal ovservation in caring aged people. To evaluate how to succeed in practical training by this program, we initially surveyed age-distribution of patients and their clinical course, whom third-year students of our school attended. The students have had an experience of the nursing along various clinical coruses or caring elderly patients in more than 90% of them. There were a few students who met terminal care. The results obtained from the present inquiry indicate that practical training by this program seems to be However, an initial guidance to students by conductors, more frequent meetings by teaching staffs and an effective utilzing of clinical conference will be necessary to make the new educational system more fruitful.続きを見る
