| Abstract | 本研究では、骨芽細胞におけるFGF-MAPK経路とBMP-Smad経路を介したSprouty/Spredファミリーによる増殖・分化制御機構について解析を行った。その結果、Sprouty2がFGFシグナル伝達経路ならびにBMPシグナル伝達経路のネガティブフィードバック因子として作用し、骨芽細胞の増殖・分化を抑制的に制御していることが示唆された。 |
