| Abstract | 「アジア」 J.ヤンソン 1632年 アムステルダム オランダの地図製作者ヤンソンのこの地図では、日本の形状はテイセラのそれを受け継いでいるが、朝鮮半島は島ではなく正しく半島として描かれている。地図の左右には中国人、ロシア人、アラビア人その他世界のいくつかの民族の絵が、上部にはエルサレム、アデンなど6つの都市の鳥瞰図が描かれているが、この種のタイプのものは、この時期のヨーロッパではしばしば作成された...ものである。 小野菊雄2002（第43回中央図書館貴重文物展観図録） “Asia” J. Jansson 1632 Amsterdam In this map by Dutch cartographer Jansson, Japan’s shape is inherited from Teixeira, but the Korean peninsula is correctly depicted as a peninsula rather than an island. To the left and right of the map are pictures of Chinese, Russians, Arabians, and people of several other ethnic groups of the world. There is a bird’s eye view of six cities such as Jerusalem and Aden at the top; maps of this type were often created in Europe during this period.show more |
