Notes	コンクリート製の U 型水路は，カエル類の産卵と成長のために不可欠な樹林－水田間のエコロジカルコリドーを分断し，再生産に影響を与えている．　本研究では，新規に開発した生態系保全水路について，水田や樹林地の主な生息環境とするカエル類を用いて実用可能性を検討した．　生態系保全水路は，トノサマガエルやイモリの定位や登攀が容易であることが確認された．しかしながら，従来の U 型水路では定位・登攀ともに困難であった．　これらのことから，生態系保全水路は，カエルやイモリなどのエコロジカルコリドーの保全に有効であることが判った．
Notes	The objective of this study is to investigate the utility of the irrigation canal for the ecosystem preservation, especially the wild flogs, in the paddy field area. Two types of the observational irrigation canal, which are sloped type and flume type canal, are used for the investigation to observe the target flogs migration. In this study, Rana nigromaculata, Rana limnocharis, Hyla japonica and Cynops pyrrhogaster are used for the investigation. The results of the investigation indicated that the frogs can position and ascent at the sloped type canal wall. In flume type canal, it is difficult for the frogs to position and ascent. The sloped type canal is effective for preservation and restoration of the ecological corridor and ecosystem.
