| 概要 |
This paper is a case study on a trial of facilitator training for basic encourter group by “co-facilitator method”. A facilitator and a co-facilitator facilitated a basic encounter group (3 nights, 4 ...days, 9 sessions, 25 hours, 9 members). We described the structure and the process of this group. And we discussed the significance of “co-facilitator method” for members, facilitator and co-facilitator. Finally, we pointed out the significance of “co-facilitator method” in the facilitator training for basic encounter group. And it was indicated that differences between facilitator and co-facilitator were available for understanding and facilitating group process.続きを見る
