概要	A specific environmental DNA detection system for Ruditapes philippinarum was established and its seasonal changes were investigated in Tsuyazaki Bay, Japan. The designed sequence specifically recogni...zed a partial region (190 bp) of the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase I (mtDNA COI) from this clam. Environmental DNA was detected throughout the year with low concentrations from December–March when the water temperature was low and extremely high concentrations in late October and late April during the spawning season.続きを見る
