概要 |
Rapid urbanisation and continuous developments in road infrastructure have sparked a rising interest in the design of driverless electric cars in India. This study gives a comprehensive review of Auto...nomous Electric Vehicle (AEV). The paper explores various challenges associated with Autonomous Electric Vehicles, like, technological prerequisites for Autonomous Electric Vehicle (AEV), specifics of driving on various types of Indian roads/highways and the possible gains and losses of adopting Autonomous Electric Vehicle (AEV). This article presents a review on the current aspects and future scope of the Autonomous Electric Vehicle (AEV) industry as well as the consumer perceptions and adoption of AEV. A tadpole-structured AEV for navigating crowded narrow city roads and maximising energy efficiency is discussed in the paper. The potential and viability of AEVs in India and globally are discussed, along with related factors including safety, infrastructure, legislation, and public acceptability. It also emphasises that ATEVs hold on potential to revolutionize transportation in India, offering solutions to some of the most pressing challenges such as traffic congestion, road accidents, and pollution. The study also gives an overview of global market size and public attitude towards the adoption of AVs which can be comparable with Indian scenarios and will help to implement ATEVs in India.続きを見る
