| 概要 |
Current research paper presents a comparative and feasibility analysis of insulation building panels made using local waste materials and Agro ash powder. The study involves the development of customi...zed panels incorporating Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) sheets with an inner insulation layer composed of Agro ash powder mixed with glass wool. The experimental study explores various combinations of the inner layer, ranging from 0% to 30% Agro ash content. The panels were subjected to comprehensive mechanical and morphological testing to evaluate their structural integrity and material characteristics. Special emphasis was placed on thermal insulation testing to determine the panels' effectiveness in providing thermal resistance and energy efficiency. The results demonstrated significant variations in mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and compressive strength, as a function of Agro ash content. Morphological analysis provided insights into the material distribution and bonding within the panels. Thermal insulation performance showed promising improvements with increasing Agro ash content, highlighting the potential of Agro ash as a viable insulating material. This study underscores the dual benefits of utilizing local waste materials in construction: enhancing building sustainability and reducing environmental impact.続きを見る
