概要 |
Fluidized beds have widespread applications in industrial processes, including gas-solid operations like coal combustion, catalytic reactions such as petroleum cracking, and as bioreactors. The goal o...f this study is to look into how flow behaves in a fluidized bed using an air-solid system and ballotini using multiple linear regression analysis. Employing a multiple linear regression analysis for fluidized bed systems helps figure out how the independent and dependent variables are related. This lets you know how much each independent variable affects the dependent variable while keeping the other variables' effects in check. This helps in understanding complex interactions, predicting outcomes, and identifying key factors that significantly affect the dependent variables. Different bed heights (0.5 to 1.5 m) and gas speeds (0.02 to 0.12 m/s) were used to find response variables such as pressure drop per unit bed height, friction factor, power consumption, and drag coefficient. From the results, it could be concluded that when the model is applied, the differences between the residuals also tend to follow a normal distribution for most of the data points.続きを見る
