概要 |
Highly populated student areas are known to be accompanied with spatial and social trends that result in disruption and segregation between students and original residents. Results have also shown that highly populated student areas may become more evident around suburban campuses. Proposed model could be used by urban planners as an urban planning tool to come up with resilient student-oriented housing policies.続きを見る
