Currently, there are many problems in securing both quantity and quality of Japanese language teaching personnel. In particular, beginning Japanese-language teachers are experiencing difficulties in t...he field. This paper tries to clarify the origin of the sense of difficulty felt by beginning Japanese-language teachers and how they perceive it, and to identify issues related to the training of Japanese-language teachers and the development of teachers in the field. As a result, six categories were generated: (1) vocabulary control, (2) meaning of the teaching plan, (3) learners' situation and level of understanding, (4) schedule, (5) knowledge of teaching methods, and (6) class preparation. The results suggest that the difficulties felt by beginning teachers may be related to their own teaching experiences, and that there is a correlation between each of these difficulties.続きを見る
