戦傷病者戦没者遺族等援護法と更生医療 : 戦後復興期の京都府を事例として

| 概要 | 本稿の目的は、戦後復興期を対象として、戦傷病者戦没者遺族等援護法によって規定された更生医療の利用実態を、京都府の事例から、具体的に把握することである。本論文においては、戦後復興期の京都府で、戦傷者が、世帯主としての役割を果たすため、もしくは、身体の苦痛を取り除くために、この医療を受療したことを明らかにした。彼らは、生活費および治療の結果を勘案した上で、条件が合えば、この医療を申請した。一方で、戦病...者は、治療の効果に関する判断、及び、治療費の試算の難しさゆえ、この制度の利用を制限されたことを実証した。 The purpose of this paper is to clarify the actual situation of the use of rehabilitation medical care regulated by the the Act on Relief of War Victims and Survivors during the postwar reconstruction period, using a case study in Kyoto Prefecture. This paper reveals that in Kyoto Prefecture during the postwar reconstruction period, war-wounded individuals received this type of medical treatment to fulfill their role as heads of households or to relieve their physical suffering. They also applied for this medical treatment if the conditions were met, considering the cost of living and the results of the treatment. However, the war sick did not apply for this system due to difficulties in making assumptions about the results of their treatment and the cost of treatment.続きを見る |
