The substrate of integrate c...ircuits is mostly manufactured by Czochralski method for which an external magnetic field is employed to control the convection of the feed material. Followings are experimental and theoretical approaches to study the effect of magnetic field on the convection of liquid metals as feed material. Thin film formation experiment and clustering of water molecules are also studied for their mechanism of formation and functions.続きを見る
