Notes	本研究では，目標志向性と方略が一致すると制御適合が生じ，「自分が正しい方法を用いて目標を追及している」という主観的感覚（Ozaki,2011）である適切感が得られるという制御適合理論（Higgins,2007）に基づき，日常生活において適切感が生じる場面とその際に用いる方略および，生じている感情について分類することを目的とした。具体的には，女子大学生78名を対象に，分類した文章をもとに尺度の構成概念と各項目の検討を行い，適切感を感じる場面と方略，その時に生じた気持ちについて自由記述による調査を行った。その結果，3つの場面とそれぞれで使用する方略の質問項目が作成され，感情については9つに分類された。しかし，項目を熱望方略，警戒方略に分類することは難しく，制御適合理論における方略を日常場面で適用するためには方略を構成する要素をさらに検討する必要があることが推察された。また感情に関しても，時系列の観点を取り入れることで，適切感とその他の感情の影響を検討することが可能になることが考えられ，そのため日常場面に即した焦点と合致する方略の検討が必要である。
Notes	According to Higgins’ Regulatory Fit Theory (2007), “Feeling Right” is created by Regulatory Fits in which the goal orientation and strategy match. “Feeling Right” is the subjective sense that “I am pursuing my goals using the right means (Ozaki, 2011)”. The purpose of this study is to classify situations in which a “Feeling Right” arises the strategies used in those situations, and emotions that arise. In this study, 78 female university students were surveyed about “Feeling Right” in their daily life. Consequently, questions for three situations and strategies to be used in each were developed, and emotions were classified into nine categories. It is difficult to classify the strategies as eager and vigilant, therefore, it is necessary to further examine the components of the strategies, in order to apply the strategies in Regulatory Fit Theory. In case of emotions, using time-series analysis will help examine the influence of “Feeling Right” and other emotions. It is necessary to consider the strategies that can be used in daily situations.
