九州大学早良実習場（現早良保全緑地）では，長期間にわたって気象観測を実施し，1950年6月から2020年6月までの観測データが保存されている。これらのデータは演習林が発行する機関誌で公表されてきたが，長期の気象データとして統合されていなかった。また，一部のデータは公表されず，全ての観測期間をとおしてデータの内容や取得状況についても把握できていなかった。そこで，本報告ではこれまで散逸して保存されてい...た気象データ（気温と降水量）を月単位で整理統合しデータセットを構築した。また，近隣の福岡気象台における気象データと比較し，今回構築したデータセットを検証した。気温と降水量は，観測期間初期（1970年代まで）において，年によって両者の関係が大きく変わり，測定誤差（人為ミスや機器の故障）や測定方法の変更が影響していると考えられた。
Long-term meteorological measurements were conducted in the period between June 1950 and June 2020, in Sawara district, Kyushu University. Although the meteorological data were partly shown in different types of annual reports in Kyushu University Forest, they have not been compiled as a long-term dataset yet. To confirm the data quality with measurement methodology through the whole measurement period, we synthesized the long-term meteorological data such as monthly air temperature and precipitation in Sawara. Also, we compared the meteorological data in Sawara with those of the Fukuoka meteorological observatory from the Japan Weather Association. Consequently, we found year-to-year differences of the relationships between the data measured in Sawara and the Fukuoka meteorological observatory, in particular, in the first stage of the measurements(i.e., ~1970's), probably resulting from measurement errors and changes in methodology in the period.続きを見る
