| Abstract | The article looks at migrant policy in Korea, especially for simple functional migrants in short-term circulation and marriage migrants. First of all, this article noted the current status and the pro...cess of change of undocumented migrant labors in Korea, especially the agricultural undocumented migrants, after\ the Employment Permit System was implemented. On the social integration policy that has been implemented mainly by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in Korea, it focused on the (1) ‘Social Integration Program’ which is being conducted by the Ministry of Justice on all types of immigrants, (2) ‘immigrant early adaptation program’ and (3) ‘international marriage information programs’ for Koreans before inviting them to marry.show more |
