| Abstract | Recently, the number of patients with depression and anxiety disorders is steadily increasing under the stressful modern society. Further increase of these disorders are worried due to the COVID-19. T...hough the first lines of pharmacotherapy for these disorders are new generation antidepressants including SSRI and SNRI, not a few patient response inadequately. On the other hand, regarding psychotherapy, there are numerous evidences of the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). In most treatment guidelines, CBT are recommended as a first line treatment, as well as pharmacotherapy with SSRI/SNRIs. In this review, I will provide comprehensive commentaries of treatment strategies including CBT on depression, social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.show more |
