The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between cluster and innovation in Creating Shared Value (CSV) focusing on case study of dairy production system in food production company. Concretely, the following preliminary study was conducted: (1) the concept of CSV is summarized by using previous studies focusing on between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and CSV; (2) we investigated the case study in the dairy production system of a food producing company (Danone). The results of the survey indicated that there were two particularly important considerations/suggestions regarding the establishment of CSV in the dairy production system. Firstly, in the North African dairy production system, at the initial stage, it was thought that CSR was a strong character due to support such as breeding techniques and feed production. Secondly, it was suggested that the innovation was being created by is at a certain stage due to improvement of the feeding environment and support by forming clusters in the area. In such a situation, it was suggested that the characteristics of CSV are becoming apparent.
