概要 |
Motor ability test and morphological measurement were carried out longitudinally on Japanese girls living in Kusagae area, a business section in Fukuoka City, as a basic survey of the comparative stud...y for the clarification of optimal loads for succesful living. According to the previous investigation on the girls living in this area, it was found that maximal aerobic power was very low e.g. 34.2 ml/kg/min in 6 yr and 30.9 ml/kg/min in 12 yr, and their physical activities in daily life was lower than the those of girls living in rural districts near Fukuoka City. Most of roads, involving the alleys, in Kusagae area are very important routs connecting to the residental section to the central section of the city. Therefore, the roads have the congested trafic and the noise over 60 dB is found 12 hours per day at near the Ropponmatsu crossroads. Motor ability test is consist of 25m run, standing long jump, leg stretch strength and stepping. Body composition is estimated from the total skinfold thickness (Triceps and Subscapula) and body surface area according to Nagamine and Brozeck. As for the changes of the mean values, % Fat increased rapidly in the ages from 6-8 yr, then decreased moderately. FM increased rapidly in the ages from 6-8yr, but LBM increased rapidly in the ages from 9-11yr, and FM showed the moderate increase in the ages from 9-11yr, but LBN showed the moderate increase in the ages from 6-8yr. Body weight increased linearly with age but R.I. decreased with age. Many interindividual differences were found in the growth of body composition. LBM increased with age in general, however the interindividual differences was found out the growth pattern. % Fat and FM showed the similar change with age each other. Many interindividual deferences were also found in the growth of % Fat and FM, however, these growth could be summarized in three patterns ; a) No marked change, b) Increase Decrease pattern and c) Increase Decrease Increase pattern. Generally, marked changes of % Fat was found in the fatty subjecs. LBM and % Fat or FM did not always show the opposite change with age. The development of the performance of 25m run and standing long jump was afffected more intensively by the changes of % Fat and FM than the changes of LBM. The tendency was found that 16% 15% of Fat made a good performance in mortor ability test, and the effect of age, height and weight on this optimal range of % Fat was not found elearly.続きを見る
