By making a comparison between first-year students and second-year students, it became clear that they had different daily habits in terms of sleeping hours, part-time work, exercise, consumption alcohol, and appropriate weight However, there was no distinction on health status. 2) Students with desirable daily habits on diet, smoking, sleeping time, and exercise had fewer condition complaints of health status than students with undesirable ones. 3) Students who got higher scores on a feeling of satisfaction with daily habits had a smaller number of complaints of health status than students with lower scores. 4) From the viewpoint of the relationship between factors, groups with high scores for indexes of daily habits, diet, and a feeling of satisfaction, maintained good health status. Notedly, it was observed that all indexes regarding a feeling of satisfaction with daily habits and health status are correlated.
