概要 In this paper, we will examine the actual situation of local principal training in Contemporary China by focusing on Jilin Province and the educational institute, which is the training institutions. T...he purpose is to clarify the role of local educational institute in the development of Chinese principal. Conclusions are as follows. To begin with, the primary role of the Institute of Education should be the implementation of induction training for principal in Jilin Province. And for the principal induction training in Jilin Province, the institute of education performs its core functions. In other words, there must be a provincial education institute for the implementation of the training. In addition, the institute of education has a role as a better tool. During the principal induction training, when the educational administration strictly supervises the entrances of principal throughout grasp the design right of the training contents, the institute of education with teacher training schools in the city and prefecture, it is a good tool. Adding to the above, the existence of an educational institution is essential for training elite principal. Finally, when Jilin Province's principal training policy is created, the auxiliary functions of research, reasoning and advice related to it are also the role of the institution of education. From a local example of principal training in China, I will try to sort out the suggestions and knowledge for the discussion on the right to implement principal training. Discussions on training tend to focus on the significance of improving the qualifications of principal, but I think it is most important to focus on the fact that the training organization has the power to decide the content of the training freely. On the other hand, for administrative training for principal, the level and form of involvement of educational administration influences whether training progresses steadily. Therefore, how to cultivate principal freely in China since the 1990s was a challenge in training Chinese school managers. This is a topic for future research.続きを見る
