Fifty-three sorts of them were recorded again during the course of this study, althoug ten... sorts could not be found. In addition, 22 sorts were recorded, for the first time, from Kyushu. As a result, the number od sorts of cynipid gall in Kyushu stood at 85. Among them, 82 sorts were induced on eight species of Quercus (Fagaceae), one on Castanea crenata (Fagaceae), one on Rosa multiflora (Rosaceae), and one on Rubus palmatus var. coptophyllus (Rosaceae).
