| 概要 |
We investigated the visual impression of the facility users about the design of seismic retrofitting braces. Through impression-evaluation experiments at existing educational facilities of N-Universit...y, we clarified the following six points; 1) It was recommended the evaluations of comfortableness and strength were low when the buildings had seismic retrofitting braces, regardless of providing seismic knowledge. 2) It was recommended the evaluation of strength was tended to be low when no seismic knowledge was provided in the building with braces. 3) It was recommended the evaluation of lightness was low when seismic knowledge was provided in the building with braces. 4) It was recommended to use appropriate colors for braces in consideration of the surrounding surface. 5) It was recommended to evaluate the impression of strength about the size and form of braces that users hold. 6) It was recommended to design the braces placed near the window not to obstruct users' view.続きを見る
