In the factories and the buildings that have the central air-conditioning system, several pieces of highly effective equipment, water and ice thermal storage tanks, etc. are combined. The ability and ...the efficiency of the system decrease with the time passage even if it is highly effective when the building is completed. Commissioning that verifies whether the operation is done best in the system is necessary to keep high performance.
