Shimonoseki fugu brand is one of the most flagrant brands in whole primary products in addition to the field of the marine product. Shimonoseki fugu is the brand which has the cultured value the background of which was the civilizedness which the Shimonoseki area has. It aimed at this thing and it clarified the qualitative contents of the brand value of Shimonoseki fugu. Moreover, it showed about the problem of the purpose of the forming of Shimonoseki fugu brand, the decline of the development process and Shimonoseki fugu brand, Shimonoseki fugu brand’s being live again.
