Results of field studies on egg parasites of rice leaf- and planthoppers made in Taiwan in 1979 are presented. Anagrus optabilis was reared from the eggs of Sogatella furcifera, Paracentrobia andoi an...d Anagrus optabilis from Nilaparvata lu-gem, Anagrus optabilis and Oligosita sp. from Laodelphax striatellus, and Paracentrobian andoi and Gonatocems sp. from the Nephotettix cincticeps complex. The egg densi-ties of these rice hoppers and the percentage parasitisms of these parasitic wasps are discussed.show more
