The first purpose of this study was to explore parent-child between the conflicts in adolescent career decision making, through episode parent and child talk about the university entrance exam. The first purpose of this study was to explore apperception about parent-child between the conflicts in adolescent career decision making by role-playing about parent-child communication in adolescent career decision making. At the result, even in modern times that parent-child between the conflicts is calm, child apt to perceive parent's attitude negative in adolescent career decision making. Therefore, parent-child between the conflicts easily breaks out at that time. However, child becomes to capture the parent's attitude from a different viewpoint and perceive it positively, by confronting a various of parent's attitudes in role-playing. Also, acting parent's role may provide child with opportunity that he considers parent's thought and feeling. From this study, we think that there are parent-child between the conflicts even in modern times and role-playing is one of the useful method that child reinterprets past parent-child between the conflicts positively.
