Abstract | Foreign tourist is increasing and dramatic growth including increase in domestic trip year by yea. The hotel room will run short 20,000 rooms nationwide. In the situations that accommodation facilitie...s uses change sightseeing with decreasing market of bussiness trip. It could be complex business desition how location they should make a facility. Because It's difficult to collect infomations about that included city demand and existing facilities distribution. The researches about the usual location of accommodations have been considered based on the relation between the existing urban axis and the used areas. In this thesis, accommodations were analyzed by their location to the main traffic spots. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the basic research to what could be a guideline for the choice of the location to open and run accommodations inan urban area. In this thesis a multiple regression analysis was made on three types of building (hotel facilities, ryokan and flop houses) to understand how the distance from the main traffic spots impact them. We could observe that distance influence on capacity, room quantity, average price and price rate by each types. These discoveries were analyzed from a theoretical and practical point of view.show more |
