We investigated the experience of high school students who were participants. ...As the results, the feeling of tension was reduced, the participants began to take a friendly attitude each other, and the self-understanding that was related understanding other’s mind and the awareness of self-facetedness was promoted. In order not to cause embarrassment or resistance of participants, three approaches turned out to be effective. First, we include the participants’ ordinary activities in warming-up programs. Second, we provide small steps on the themes of role-playing. Third, we consider psychological- distance between the role-playing theme and the participants.show more
