Notes	近年，職場内におけるADHDの特性をもつ労働者の心理社会的支援の必要性が重視視されてきている。その中で，治療ガイドラインでは薬物療法に加えて，実行機能障害に焦点を当てた認知行動療法が推奨されているものの，その実践報告は少なく， ADHDに特化した認知行動療法を行うノウハウが積み重ねられていない。本論文では，産業領域において特に問題となる時間管理スキルに焦点を当てた認知行動療法の事例を報告した。ADHDのクライエントに認知行動療法を提供する際には，次の3点が重要であった。1つめはクライエントの職場環境や仕事の状況を観察するといった実際的なアセスメントを実施したことであった。2つめは実際の仕事内容をセラピーの題材にしたことであった。3つめは新しいスキルについて提示する場合にはクライエントが既に獲得した理解の道筋に沿って説明したことであった。また，必要に応じて，回避行動について取り扱うこと，自己報酬マネジメントなどの技法を盛り込むことも示唆された。
Notes	In recent years importance has been placed on the need for psychosocial support for workers with ADHD in the job places. Among them, cognitive behavioral therapy focusing on executive dysfunction is recommended in treatment guidelines in addition to pharmacotherapy. There are few practical reports of it, and know-how to conduct cognitive behavior therapy specialized for ADHD has not accumulated. In this paper, I reported cases of cognitive behavioral therapy focusing on time management skills, which is particularly problematic in the industrial field. When providing cognitive behavioral therapy to clients of ADHD, the following three points were important. The first was to conduct a practical assessment such as observing the work environment and work situation of the client. The second was to make actual work content the subject of therapy. The third was to explain in line with the understanding path already acquired by the client when presenting the new skills. It was also suggested that if necessary, handling of evasive behavior and incorporating techniques such as self-reward management.
