Notes	本論は，不登校支援における学内外のリソースを生かした援助ネットワークづくりの実践事例に関する一考察である。筆者は学校臨床心理士として，子どもの学校適応的援助に向けて，教師や保護者，適応指導教室へ積極的に働きかけ子どもにとっての各援助者の「顔の見える」行動的な連携を心がけた。学校臨床心理士が教師や保護者，学外の専門家と一緒に動いていくとき教師個人または教師集団へのコンサルテーション活動は援助ネットワークづくりに有用であると思われた。援助者相互の行動的連携が円滑に行われることによって，子どもを切れ目なく支援するネットワーク活用型心理援助が可能になると考えられた。その結果，子どもが不登校という自分自身を受け入れ現実的に動き出すという主体的な自我発達が促進されたと思われる。学校臨床心理士は，学校コミュニティにおける心理臨床家として，学内外の援助者との行動的連携を重視することが肝要である。
Notes	This article focused on a task of the face-to-face support networks by utilizing the internal and external resources for supporting the school refusal. Supporting students' school adjustment, the author as a school clinical psychologist initiatively attempted to approach teachers, parents, and an adaptation classroom and executed a face-to-face active cooperation with them. As a school clinical psychologist acted with teachers, parents, external experts, school consultations are considered to be effective for developing the support networks. Also the smooth and mutual active cooperation by each supporter makes it possible to provide the students with networked psychological support continuously. As a result, the independent self-development could be promoted by which a student could accept himself as a non-attendance and start to act realistically, and also it is indispensable for a school clinical psychologist to make much account of the active cooperation with internal and external supporters in a school community.
