Notes	本研究では，自閉スペクトラム症（ASD）の傾向を有する男子高校生に対する，2年間のグループセラピーの展開について報告する。対象となる男子高校生は， ASD者に特有の対人コミュニケーションの問題をもち，学校生活においては，他者と友人関係を築くことができずにいた。また，グループの中でも，好きな活動に没頭するあまり，他者への意識が向きづらくなる様子が見られた。グループセラピーでは，クライエント自らがプログラムを考案する「クライエント企画」を行い彼の好きな活動に対するこだわりを積極的に活用した。プログラムを考案する過程で，彼はメンバーが楽しむためにどのような工夫が必要になるかを担当セラピストおよびリーダーと話し合った。話し合いの中で，彼は，自身が楽しむだけでなく，メンバーそれぞれが楽しむことが出来るようにプログラムを見直し, 企画の内容を調整することが出来た。ASD者の対象へのこだわりを強みとして捉え，こだわり対象を積極的に活用することで， ASD者の他者意識の形成を促すことが可能になると考えられた。
Notes	In this study, we'd like to report on the development of 2-year-group therapy for a high school boy who has had a tendency of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). The high school boy had a problem of interpersonal communication peculiar to ASD, and had a difficulty in making good relationship with others in his school life. Also, in the group activities, he was far too immersed in his favorite activities that he paid little attention to other members. In a group therapy, he made up a "client's project" in which he himself organized a session and positively utilized his persistence to his favorite activities. In the process of devising the program, he discussed with the therapist in charge and the leaders what kind of ideas would be required for other members to enjoy the activity as well. In the discussion, he reviewed his program so that every member can enjoy it as well as him and made some adjustments to the content of the program. In conclusion, it would be possible to promote ASD people's awareness of others by understanding their persistence to the objects, which can be their strength, and utilizing it positively.
