The main objective of this research is to construct a hierarchical scheme in which different low-income housing sub-systems can be identified based on the low-income housing system concept. The scheme... is to find out the desire response to the housing problem. Its implementation will enable us to know and analyze the means that low-income people use to get shelter, and help us understanding the housing problem of real magnitude.
