概要 |
The purpose of this research is to understand the characteristics nad satisfaction of children's telephone counseling receivers. Eighteen receivers from 3 children's telephone counseling instructions ...participated in this research. As a result, wishing to acquire knowledge and skills, and to communicate with children were reasons to start children's telephone counseling. One of the characteristics of children's telephone counseling receivers was that many of them had had experiences in working and communicating with children. Moreover, satisfaction of receivers from children's telephone counseling is composed by 5 factors, "the receivers' states or change of mind", "development of conversation and establishing rapport with callers", "characteristics and attitudes of callers", "structures of telephone counseling and of the institutions which they belong to", and "denial of satisfaction".続きを見る
