A decline of children's communication ability, human relations, and local community has been pointed out in recent years. Opposing such tendency, Junior Leader Training Program in Yufuin-cho has provided children with an opportunity for their sound growth through a kind of session play called "experience-based learning." ln this paper, outcome of the program was analyzed in terms of "self-others relationship," "self consciousness," and "influence on everyday life". As a result, it was observed that children's self-others relationship was deepened through a move from simple verbal dialogue to verbal and body-based dialogue, and self-consciousness was heightened through a move from self-understanding to self-affirmation. In addition, it was suggested that these experience had good influence on children's everyday life.
