| Abstract |
In this text, the theory was arranged concerning the teacher's job satisfaction and work motivation. The job satisfaction and the work motivation are especially receiving a big influence from the orga...nizational culture. Moreover, when the organization was managed, there are necessities of the payment of special attention to job satisfaction and work motivation. The teacher's job satisfaction and work motivation of are influenced from not only the factor in the school organization but also the social factor. It is in development of the research of teacher's work motivation on the way in Japan. However, it can be said that teacher's job satisfaction and work motivation are the important factors in the idea of the school management. Further development of the research that makes teacher's motivation a theme will be requested in the future.
