Notes	本研究では，動作法による身体への気づきが，心理的側面も含めた日常生活体験に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。その際，動作法を継続して受けている脳性マヒ者と健康動作法の会に参加している成人女性に動作法体験について尋ねるインタビューを行った。その結果，両群ともに動作法体験による身体的気づきと心理的変化の関連や日常生活における心理面や身体面の影響が語られた。また，健康動作法参加者は動作法の体験を日常生活に取り入れていくことが示されたが，脳性マヒ者は日常生活において動作法で得た動きを維持できないことへのもどかしさが示された。
Notes	This study explored how enhanced awareness of one's body by receiving Dohsa-hou influences individual's attitudes and their everyday life experiences. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with individuals with cerebral palsy who had been receiving Dohsa Training, and an adult female group without cerebral palsy who had participated in a health Dousa-hou meeting. Both groups described a connection between mental change and body awareness engendered by Dohsa-hou, and reported an influence ofDohsa-hou on their mind and body in daily life. Furthermore, participants in the health Dohsa-hou meeting incorporated Dohsa-hou into daily life after the training. In contrast, people with cerebral palsy felt frustrated when they could not maintain the movements acquired in Dohsa-hou in daily life.
