Notes	本研究では，発達の偏りを有する子どもをもつ母親を対象に，母親が子どもの発達障がい特有の行動特徴について祖父母と話す時の難しさについて，続柄間での比較を通して検討した。母親には質問紙調査法を実施した。その結果，母親にとって祖父母に話す時に難しいと感じる発達障がい特性が特定的に存在したが，話す際の難しさは，子どもが祖父母と会う頻度や母親が子供の発達障がい特性について祖父母に話す機会の多少とは関係がないことが示された。母親は，実父母に対してよりも義父母に対しての方が，子どもの発達障がい特性を話すことに難しいと感じており，そうした特性を話す機会も実母が最も多いことが示唆された。このことから，母親が祖父母に話す時に感じる難しさは，祖父母と子どもや祖父母と母親の関わりの多少ではなく，母親が捉える祖父母との関係性によって生じるものと考えられた。今後，発達障がい児をもつ家族支援は，母親と祖父母との良好な関係性と理解を促すことが重要であると考えられた。
Notes	The purpose of this study is to examine the difficulties to talk about the features of developmental disabilities of their own children to the grandparents. The levels of the difficulties were compared in relating to the grandparent's relationships to the mothers by means of a series of questionnaire. As a result, there were some features of developmental disability which was difficult for the mothers to talk to the grandparents, although there were no relation between the frequency of children's contact with the grandparents and the difficulties for the mothers. Also there were not relations between the frequency of explanation to the grandparents about the features of developmental disabilities and the mother's difficulties. Mothers felt more difficult to talk to the parents-in-law and easier to talk to real mother about features of developmental disability. From these results, the necessity of professional facilitation for adequate relationship between mothers and grandparents in assisting effective communication between family members was discussed.
