Notes	本研究は, 発達の偏りがある子どもの母親が，祖父母と母親自身，祖父母と子どもの関係性をどのようにとらえているのか探索的に研究することを目的とする。これまでの研究からは，発達の偏りがある子どもの母親と祖父母の関係性に関しては，ネガティブな面が強調されがちであるが，祖父母の存在を肯定的にとらえている面もあることが明らかになっている。母親のとらえる祖父母の関わりについては，祖父母との日常的な関係性の影響が大きく，個人差も大きいと考えられた。本研究における母親の語りから，母親は，祖父母とのコミュニケーションについて①祖父母からのサポート，②子どもとの関わりのとらえ，③祖父母の思いのとらえ，④祖父母との関わり，の４つの視点からとらえていることが明らかになった。また，母親は祖父母がサポート源になっていると感じていることや，母親側から祖父母と積極的に関わりをもとうとしていることが示された。その一方で，祖父母との関わりに難しさを感じている母親や子どもの障がいを祖父母に理解してもらえないと感じる母親もいることが示唆された。
Notes	The purpose of this study was to investigate how mothers of children with developmental difficulties think about relationship between grandparents and children or mothers. In previous researches, it was clear that mothers feel negative about relationship with grandparents, but also that grandparents have some important role to support their daughter(mothers). The relationship between mothers and grandparents in daily life have much influence on their interactive communication about child's development however, thee influence differ substantially between individuals. The results indicate that mothers conceive their quality and quantity of communication with grandparents from the viewpoint of 1)support from grandparents 2)relationship between grandparents and children 3)consideration about grandparent's feeling and thoughts 4)getting involved with grandparents. However, some mothers felt difficulties about getting involved with grandparents, or about letting grandperents understand their children's developmental weakness.
