Abstract We have been developed the numerical simulation program to calculate the primary energy consumption of housing Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell Co-Generation System(PEFC-CGS) combined with floor heating ...of warm water type. In this program, the floor heating has been modeled with the piping pitch of warm water by using the fin efficiency. The indoor temperature has been controlled by Predicted Mean Vote(PMV) for over minus 0.5. As the results of this simulation, it is clarified that the floor heating has had effected the indoor by thermal radiation from floor surface and that the primary energy consumption has been reduced up to 5% in winter when PEFC-CGS is combined with the floor heating of warm water type.show more
