| Abstract |
Ito Campus of Kyushu University was founded on October 1, 2005. It is crucial that Kyushu University has established a management system for building environment and energy consumption in order to hol...d on the Kyushu University's policy, "Sustainable campus which cohabits with its natural surroundings" as a spirit of Ito Campus. In this paper, the CO2 emission of buildings in Ito Campus of Kyushu University is estimated and evaluated using different data on the construction, simulated energy consumption, etc. as the first step to obtain basic materials for the building environmental and energy management system. In the evaluation, the Ito Campus's building CO2 emission is compared to ones of existing buildings in Hakozaki Campus of Kyushu University and ones in cases when the other air-conditioning system is introduced into Ito Campus.show more
