This paper examines the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI), economic growth,and carbon dioxide (CO_2)emissions in Vietnam during the period 1988-2015 by applying the autoregressive d...istributed lag (ARDL) approach. The results reveal that pollution haven hypothesis does not exist in Vietnam since FDI is good for environment in the long-run,and it is not significant in the short-run. However,economic growth causes pollution in the long-run,and it is insignificant in the short-run.続きを見る
