Abstract In this study, "Middle-Structured Style" seminary encounter group was used as a training type encounter group for a known group of nursing school students. Facilitation for members with difficulty in ...talking was discussed. The first author joined this group as a co-facilitator, and learned facilitation practically from the second author who is an experienced facilitator. As a result, the following three points were considered. (1) There are two types of members with difficulty in talking; difficulty in self-expressing and resistance according to theme. (2) There are different influences of facilitation for the two types of members. (3) There are some problems and it is important to care for the members with difficulty in talking from being hurt.show more
