Abstract |
We developed solvent-cut large-volume injection system (SCLV) using Deans switch type SilFlow in dioxins measurement of human blood. The SilFlow worked in the same mechanism as the conventional SCLV f...or dioxins measurement, showed high reproducibility in dioxins measurement of the standard solution and the control sample. Since the SilFlow has very small dead volume as compared with the conventional method, the influence of contamination is small, and the handling is easy.
