概要 |
This paper culls the highlights of Filipino interviewees’ experiences, comments, and suggestions about their own participation in this new Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) program which brings tog...ether the Filipino nurses, caregivers and the Japanese elderly within the context of Japanese hospitals and caregiving institutions. Although limited by the small sample size, the interview results can serve as initial assessment of the EPA program and can also be used as baseline information for more comprehensive future research and policy.
