| Abstract |
The laser-induced flourescence were observed for the metastable 2^3S level of He and the ground state of the molecular ion N_2^+ produced by the controlled electron impact. The apparent electron excit...ation cross section of the 2^3S level of He was measured in the energy range of 15-95 eV. The rotational distribution of the ground state N_2^+ ions was a Boltzmann distribution and the rotational temperature was 326K.show more
